Best-selling author Wes Wilson (Christian Slater) lives a seemingly perfect life, but when his beautiful fiancé is abducted and declared dead, he suddenly finds himself hunted by Isaac (Cuba Gooding Jr.), a ruthless criminal mastermind who claims Wes is in possession of his stolen diamonds.
